TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Crafty Birds must receive a minimum amount of bookings for a workshop to run. Booking will close one to two weeks before the date of the workshop, or as soon as maximum capacity has been met. If the minimum amount of bookings has not been met, the workshop will be cancelled and those who have booked will be contacted by email to inform them of the cancelled workshop. You will be offered to move to another workshop using the amount you have paid against the value of the alternative workshop, or a full refund.
At this time, Crafty Birds regrets that we cannot issue refunds for customers who no longer wish to attend a workshop.
Please note that workshops start promptly at the time advertised, so please do arrive on time to ensure you do not miss out on valuable content. If you are running late, please call 07890063388 and we may be able to delay the start time.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
It is your responsibility to inform me of any health conditions which may affect your ability to take part in the workshop comfortably and safely, when you book your place, by completing the form which appears on the booking screen. Should you have any health conditions, you will be asked what type of reasonable adjustments you require, and we will let you know if they can be fulfilled. At this point it is your choice to decide if you will be comfortable and safe at a workshop and if you want to continue with your booking. Crafty Birds will hold no responsibility for making this decision.
Should the venue of the course or workshop have any features which may make it inaccessible for some customers (for example; steep steps) then details will be given in the product description, and it is your responsibility to make the decision as to whether you can attend safely.
Following your booking, Crafty Birds will email you an online form outlining the potential risks associated with the equipment you will be using at your course or workshop, along with descriptions of proper use and precautions which can be taken to minimise those risks. It is your responsibility to read this information prior to the workshop in order to use the equipment properly and take the appropriate precautions to keep yourself safe during the course or workshop. These descriptions will briefly be revisited at the start of the workshop. If there are any complex pieces of equipment, machinery or tools being used at the workshop, then a more thorough explanation on proper use and precautions will be carried out at the workshop.
THE NATURE OF THE COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
Please note that all workshops are leisure courses, and as such no qualification or certification of attendance can be issued for your completion of the workshop.
